Tower Kitchen

French designer Philippe Starck created Tower Kitchen – the two standalone units with the dimensions of no more than one square meter per unit. It is a highly compact and space saving furniture for small sized kitchen, where the size of furniture does matter.

The two units are a hot tower that contains a conventional and steam oven , and a cold tower that houses the fridge-freezer. However, other electrical kitchen appliances, e.g. dishwasher or microwave, can be easily integrated into the towers. As the towers are made in rectangular shape, three out of four sides serve as closets where you can keep your kitchen ware, and the fourth side is used for personal requirements. It can be used as a mirror or a blackboard to write down the shopping list, for example.  An additional unit to the towers is a “Trumpet Table” that is used as a dining and preparation table, including a sink and electric stove.
